The school was founded this year in March by Ms Sangeeta Gupta, who believes that basis of happiness is spirituality." If you take care of your spiritual well being, everything will be managed."

Sangeeta, who always had a spiritual inclination and has been deeply into vippassana meditation, learnt most of the systems she teaches, from M.S.ELENA, a Russian Past life Therapist. Currently, she teaches, Reiki, NLP and Hypnotherapy. Custom-made affirmation audio tapes are also available at the school.

She also teaches a Money Mantra course which comprises affirmations that attract and generate more money. "People need to understand what their attitude to money is", says Sangeeta. "You might subconsciously repel money without realizing it."

"I meet people, talk to them about their problems and then give them affirmations that they need to chant regularly", explains Sangeeta. "One man, who was under debt came to see me. After practicing the affirmations, his debts were all cleared."

The school provides a unique support system to it's students to help in their overall development. Individual needs are catered to. It also provides guidance for resolving problems such as relationships, stress, career and lack of self-confidence.

"Problems are an accumulation of past impressions and beliefs", explains Sangeeta. "We try to reprogram the sub conscious through hypnotic suggestions and NLP for a more positive outlook."

At present there are 3 more Reiki teachers and meditators working with Sangeeta. The school also counsels those suffering from depression.
